Got my order on a Monday. The shoes was great, but the size was small for me. The nxt day emailed CLN requesting for an exchange of size. To make the long story short, after series of chatting with Arpilla about the exchange, by the way Arpilla you're the best! Got my new shoes on a Thursday and was able to wear it on Friday, as planned. Whew! What a very smooth transaction. Wish all customer service are like that! More power to CLN, always been a fan!
