Mechanics:

1. For every 799 worth of purchase (regular, sale or promo items), customer is entitled to one (1) GIFT YOUR LOVE gift card.
2. CLN cashiers shall briefly orient the customer about CLN Gift Your Love gift card Terms & Conditions.
3. If the customer wants to avail of the offer, the CLN Gift Your Love gift card must be surrendered to the cashier. The customer must meet the transaction requirements of the promo scheme (for CLN Store release, usage and redemption only)
4. Each CLN Gift Your Love gift card can only be used once per transaction.
5. Customers should be asked to fill-up CLN Gift Your Love Log Sheet with the information (Date, Si#, Name, Mobile number and Signature) upon gift card redemption. Do not force customer if they refused to provide information.

 

Terms & Conditions:

1. The use of CLN Gift Your Love gift card signify the bearer to have read and understood the terms and conditions of the CLN Gift Your Love gift card program and agrees to be bound by them.
2. The CLN Gift Your Love card is redeemable in any CLN stores starting November 01, 2022 to February 15, 2023 only unless expressly stated by the company.
3. The CLN Gift Your Love gift card is not for sale.
4. The CLN Gift Your Love gift card may not be exchanged nor refunded for cash.
5. The CLN Gift Your Love gift card may not be used in conjunction with other existing offers/schemes.
6. The CLN Gift Your Love gift card must be presented and surrendered during the transaction to avail of its corresponding value.
7. CMG Retail Inc. reserves the right to change the mechanics, terms, and conditions without prior notice at the sole discretion of the company.
8. CMG Retail Inc. reserves the right to amend, revoke, or refuse issuance of the card subject to terms and conditions at any circumstances that deem fit.
9. CMG Retail Inc. shall have its sole discretion to cancel or refuse to award offer for any transaction wrongfully or fraudulently recorded, or at any circumstances that deem fit.
10. CMG Retail Inc. shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or fraudulent use of the CLN Gift Your Love gift card.
11. CMG Retail Inc. shall not be liable to the bearer or to any third party for the loss, injury, or damages caused in relation to the program or to the usage of the card.
12. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
